About Fresh Thymes Marketplace

Newly remodeled with even more good eats, Fresh Thymes Marketplace is part gluten-free bakery, part fermentation lab, and part speciality meals purveyor. We make everything in-house, fresh. Kimchi and curtido. Paleo desserts. Vegan mac ‘n’ cheese. We make righteous eats for anyone with awesome taste buds. In other words: YOU!

At The Marketplace, you’ll find grab-and-go lunch and dinner fare (how convenient!) and sauces, dressings and tasty sides for mix ‘n’ matching meals made from the cleanest, allergen-free ingredients. Every bite packs so much flavor, you may not want to share.

Like the Eatery, our Marketplace takeout meals and sides get real, healthy food into the mouths of people who want or need it: All meals can please palettes on specific diets. We also donate meals to The Grief Support Network and give back to EFFA.

You could say we’re kinda obsessed with feeding hungry people!
