We will be at the Farmers Market in Lake Stevens every other Tuesday starting this upcoming week! For those of you a little further north, we would love to see you there. Well a canceled event doesn’t mean we are left with a bunch of food…we are sold out! No more orders for this evening - but we are back tomorrow morning for brunch! Thank you for the continued support! Come by and see us.

Due to questionable weather this evening, the event where our food trailer was scheduled has been canceled…so we are opening the café tonight from 3:30 - 6:00 pm for our brisket specials instead.

Cinco de Mayo has always meant more than just food or margaritas to us. We grew up loving Cinco de Mayo—celebrating with friends and family and just enjoying being together.

In our small South Texas town, it was the conversations, the laughs, the slip and slides in the back yard and chasing lightning bugs when it got dark, and the kind of memories that stick with you.

That’s what we’re hoping to bring here today.

So whether it’s friends, family, or coworkers—come sit for a bit, share a meal, and enjoy some time together.

(And yes—we put together something special for today if you’re hungry.)

Meet Tom… or as he shall forever be known around here: Burrito Tom

After 6 long months, the unthinkable has happened.
A challenger stepped up.
A burrito was defeated.
A legend was born.

Tom is officially the first person to conquer Big Tex — our 1.5 pound breakfast burrito that has humbled every brave soul before him. Many have tried. All have fallen. Until now.

This morning, Tom didn’t just eat breakfast… he made history.

He cleaned the plate, claimed the glory, and earned a permanent spot on our café wall of fame. His photo will be posted in the café as proof that legends are, in fact, real.

The question is… who’s next?

Friends—we’re tired, and we mean that in the best way possible. You packed our week with busy café days, catering events, and even a fun night out with the Texan Express—and we’re seriously grateful for it. To get restocked and ready to do it all over again, we’ll be opening a little later tomorrow at 9:30am.
