I restocked at Manchester Craft Market and added a few new treats Iā€™ve been working on! šŸŽ‰

Since you all seemed to love the stuffed cookies, I brought back two favorites: Key Lime Pie and Cookies & Cream. I also added a brand-new Banana Pudding Cookie and decadent Reeseā€™s Cookie Pie slices!

šŸŒ Banana Pudding Cookie
A banana and white chocolate cookie loaded with Nilla Wafers, stuffed with a creamy banana pudding truffle, and topped with white chocolate and a Nilla Wafer.

šŸ„œšŸ« Reeseā€™s Cookie Pie
Layers of Reeseā€™s cookie dough, peanut butter fudge, Reeseā€™s cups, and chocolate fudge, all topped with another layer of cookie dough and baked to perfection.

It worked!! Well, mostly. šŸ˜…

I kept seeing videos of cookie pies all over my feed, so I had to give one a shot. I didnā€™t have much to go on besides an idea, some inspiration, and a little bit of hope.

This beast starts with a Reeseā€™s chocolate chip cookie shell, stuffed with a layer of peanut butter fudge, topped with Reeseā€™s Cups, and finished with a layer of rich chocolate fudge.

And holy wowā€¦ šŸ¤Æ

It may not be perfect yet, but it is absolutely delicious. Now Iā€™m wondering: should I make them a little prettier and add them to the lineup at the Manchester Craft Market?
