Lots have asked, and we feel it is the time to finally share. After lots of prayer, this week will be the last week Sugary Sweets will be open. Good news is, this location will STILL be a bakery, just under new management. (We will let them announce when they’re ready) We will close after this week to allow time for the transition and for the new owners to get settled.

For personal reasons, I am taking a step back from baking publicly for a bit, but am so thankful that I have gotten to be a part of some amazing moments in peoples lives because of baking. It’s meant so much to me. ❤️ The Bakeshop has been such a dream and has been so successful- all thanks to you. Booneville is an amazing community and we are so lucky to be a part of it. I pray that you all can understand, and I ask for your prayers for all that is coming next.

A simple “thank you” isn’t enough to say. I will always remember those who have been so kind to me in supporting my business the last few years. ❤️ Come see me this week and let me hug your necks if you do!

Happy Mother’s Day to every mother out there and those with a Mother’s heart. It isn’t always an easy day for everyone, so I pray God wraps his arms around those on this day ❤️

A little about this week at the shop: I apologize for any inconvenience, but we will be closed this week! Between graduations, weddings, and a mid week, on site catering, this is the busiest week of the year for us. Thank you for your understanding. See ya next week!
