🎃🥞 Sunday breakfast at the Big Creek house!

We don’t just bake it, we eat it, too! 🤎 This morning we made a batch of our pumpkin spice sourdough pancakes, and they were the perfect cozy start to a fall morning.

Our pancake mixes make about 36 pancakes per bag, so there’s plenty to share… or, in our case, plenty to keep breakfast going for a few mornings. 😉🍁

We’re proud to make products that we genuinely love having in our own kitchen, and these pancakes are definitely becoming a fall favorite!

There’s something we LOVE about a long weekend… 🤎 No typical day job, a little extra time in the kitchen, and an excuse to experiment with sourdough! 🍞✨

This morning’s creation: a Mediterranean-style sourdough loaf loaded with feta and olives. 🫒🧀

It’s savory, salty, cheesy, and honestly… we may have just found a new favorite. 😍

We love getting to play around with new flavors and turn those little kitchen experiments into something we can eventually share with all of you!

We are SO happy to say that our oven is back up and running! 🙌🏼 Thank you all for your patience and understanding while we worked through our oven issues.

🍅 If you ever get homegrown tomatoes from us, just know they were lovingly (and organically) raised right in our backyard! 🌱❤️

No big fancy farm over here—just a garden, a lot of love, and probably way too many tomatoes 😂

We love being able to use what we grow at home and share a little bit of our garden with you all. So if you see those beautiful backyard tomatoes making their way into something we’re selling… now you know where they came from! 🍅🥖🌿
