Delivered this cake today to a great family. I have had the pleasure of creating multiple cakes for them and I always appreciate their kindness. This is a 3 layered white almond cake with raspberry filling and Swiss meringue buttercream frosting. Topped with rosemary and dusted with powder sugar and glitter. The customer provided the topper so I didn't get to take a picture with it. Will add one later if provided.

Cute little sports cake for a young one. This is a 3 layer vanilla cake with chocolate frosting and fondant accents. My fondant skills are still in the learning stage, but turned out pretty good for a first try at some decor. The soccer ball was stressful and at the same time pretty cool learning how. I was really excited when I finally got it to work. Thank you again for choosing my small business.

This is an 8" lemon cake with cream cheese water ganache filling and fondant decorations. I learned how to draw braids on fondant with this one to create the braided leather bridle look. I really enjoyed creating this one. This is my 4th horse themed cake and I think it's my new favorite. Thank you for choosing my small business and I hope your little lady has the best day.

I had the pleasure of designing a cake with creative freedom. I really enjoy these kinds of opportunities in this business. This is a 10" chocolate fudge cake with American buttercream. Hand piped roses and music notes, painted with luster dust. Also included 2 dozen cake pops painted with leopard print design and piped music notes painted gold. The client and party loved the cake which is always the best part. Thank you again Christina Walton, for ordering from my business, I look forward to creating more cakes for you in the future.

I made my grandson a cake. He's really into Mickey Mouse right now. This is an Oreo cake with vanilla buttercream. Fondant accents and chocolate ears. Also a pinata cake with m&m's 100% edible.

Sent this cake out today. This is a 3 layered 6" Oreo flavored cake, covered in Swiss meringue buttercream. It's topped and decorated with fondant accents colored with luster dust. The cupcakes were a combination of 1 dz strawberry and 2 dz chocolate all topped with SMBC frosting as well. The swirl cupcakes had toppers but they were too tall to put on before packaging so I didn't get a picture of those but they turned out cute. Kids cakes are the best and I think I take the most pride in them. Nothing beats making a kids day more special.

A fun little cake went out today. 3 layers of chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling. Completely edible. Character base and pencil are fondant, love how the pencil turned out. Piped frosting on the face and arms.

Another fun but challenging order done and out the door this weekend. I still find it more challenging to decorate cupcakes than cakes sometimes but I enjoy it all the same. This client was great to work with and I enjoyed every interaction which always makes my day. This order included 1 dz churro cupcakes topped with a cream cheese water ganache buttercream. 1 dz white poppyseed cupcakes filled with organic strawberry jam and topped with vanilla buttercream. 1dz chocolate & 1dz vanilla cake pops dipped in vanilla candy coating.
