A little behind the scenes of my day today, mess included with the flour on my counter and the school art. I have 4 boules about to be shaped for a final rest overnight in the fridge and I have four more boules sitting out prepping for fermentation. One will be a regular boule and the other three will be going to the farm stand as sample packs/maybe a full size boule.

All this is powered by Lysol wipes and my girl Giselle who has been fed twice today to pump out this many boules! Oh, and a late evening trip to HEB once I realized I was out of flour…again.

I’m hoping I can keep experimenting with different inclusions so I can share those with you in sample packs! I personally love the sample packs because the tiny boules are much more convenient to handle and warm back up to eat.

Tell me…what type of sample pack would you be interested in trying?
