After years of serving the Treasure Valley as Pure Bliss Baking, we’re excited to continue the tradition under a new name: Lost Rim Sourdough Co.

My father spent the last 2 years working side by side in the bakery before we officially took ownership, and our goal is simple: keep the core values that made people love this bread in the first place.

That means:
• Long-fermented sourdough (24 hour fermentation)
• Organic ingredients whenever possible
• No shortcuts
• Simple ingredients you can actually recognize and not the huge grocery store ingredient lists

While the name has changed, the foundation hasn’t.

We’ve also updated our hours:
Tuesday - Saturday: 8AM - 6PM
Sunday & Monday: 8AM - 2PM

Hard not to stop and stare at bread like this.
Golden crust, soft crumb, fresh out of the oven.

But beyond how it looks, this bread is made in a way that actually feels better to eat. Long fermentation gives the dough time to break down what’s harder to digest, which is why so many people tell us our bread sits better with them than typical store-bought loaves. No shortcuts, no fillers — just real ingredients and a process that respects your body.

Bread that looks this good should feel good to eat, too.
