A huge thanks to Megan Lacey for giving us a shout out! Two days ago I was excited about hitting 50 likes, and now we're almost at three times that!
I can't believe we're still in our first month of operation and it seems like every week we're blowing past projections and expectations. I know I said this before but when Lilybird Bakery was starting and I was filling out sales tax forms it asked what my estimated sales would be for the first month. I thought I was being overly optimistic when I filled in $200.
You all came out with an amazing amount of support and we hit $200 in a week.
It's absolutely been a wild ride so far. After a half dozen sleepless nights, dozens of shopping trips to be sure that we have everything in order, and probably a thousand cinnamon rolls later, Lilybird is rapidly approaching the goals I had set for 6 months.
To everyone that has been supporting us, thank you so much! I can't begin to tell you how awesome it feels every time I see your orders come in.
To everyone that is just learning about this strange Boise phenomenon, we hope you like what you see and we can't wait for you to get a chance to give us a try.
