Trends, trends everywhere. The latest trend to hit the baked goods world are the viral Dot Cakes (originated right here on Long Island). Single-serve cakes in a cup with frosting and non-pareils. They're all the rage and all over everyone's feeds everywhere.

But true to NBN form, we can't simply follow a trend; we have to make it slightly different and call it our own. To that end, we have created the (soon to be viral?) Not Cakes - cake batter flavored sugar cookie base, topped with vanilla frosting and naturally-colored regular sprinkles (sure, the non-pareils are literally what makes the "dot" cake, but they aren't the tastiest things around).

And for those celebrating Pride, we are offering our rainbow 6-pack of Not Cakes for $30, with 30% going to Pride for Youth.

Oh dough we didn’t!!

Yes, yes we did! Introducing our line of edible cookie dough made small batch, just like all of our products. As always, we prioritize flavor and freshness and all of the flour we use is heat-treated making it safe to eat without baking.

Our current flavor lineup is:
Strawberries and Cream (made with freeze dried strawberries and white chocolate)
Double Chocolate Hazelnut (made with Ghirardelli Majestic cocoa powder, semisweet chocolate chips and whole roasted hazelnuts)
Birthday Cake (made with vanilla and birthday cake flavor and an array of fun sprinkles)
Classic Chocolate Chip (our signature chocolate chip cookie recipe made to be eaten raw)
