Oh boy were these Hamantaschen incredible! I did a apricot and nutella filling. These were the perfect blend of buttery, flaky, and sweet!

For those that don’t know what Hamantaschen are, they are a pastry cookie that is filled with different ingredients and is associated with the holiday Purim.
