Deposits
· A 50% non-refundable deposit is due when placing orders to reserve your date. The remainder of the 50% balance is due when orders are picked up. You are Agreeing and acknowledging that you have read Kikibinks policy in its entire
ty and fully understand Kikibinks Policy when you pay your 50% non-refundable deposit.
· Due to being a small shop, we can only take so many orders per month. If an order is cancelled, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
· If your order is to be delivered all final payments are due one month prior to your event date. If payments are not made by the due date your order may be cancelled. there is a $30.00 processing fee for returned checks {nonsufficient funds, or NSF, check} this fee is added to all returned checks and this amount must be paid at the time the check amount is paid in cash, certified check or money order or a debit/credit card within ten days from the date you wrote the check. If the insufficient check is not made good within ten days, kikibinks,llc. will turn you over to the Marshall County District Attorney worthless check division. Refunds / Exchanges
· Due to our full schedule and our attention to detail, we spend many hours planning and preparing before even beginning on a cake. Refunds are not provided for any reason.
· All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves kikibinks,llc.. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter. You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport, and store your cake upon pick up. Keep in mind that cakes are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly – such as cracks, smudges, melted frosting, etc. Pick-ups: If you choose to pick up your cake and transport it yourself, we are not liable or responsible for the cake once it has left kikibinks,llc.. You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into the cake. We do everything in our power to provide a well-structured cake, but please note that cakes are very fragile and break easily. Drive carefully and slowly. Cancellation / Changes

· Custom cakes are designed to serve the number of people you specify. Our cake serving size is 1″ x 2″. If you are serving larger slices of cake and run out, we are not responsible to provide additional cake. Figurines/Toys as Cake Toppers
· Kikibinks,llc. does not provide toys as cake toppers. If you are ordering a cake that has a toy for a cake topper it is your responsibility to get it to kikibinks,llc. no later than a week before. Guarantee / Disclaimer
· We do all that we can to make sure that your order is decorated to the specification on your written order form. Upon pick-up of your cake, adjustments can be made for an additional charge if it was not stated on your original order. If for some reason something is not decorated correctly as stated on your order, we will make necessary changes right away.
· Every order is hand-made. Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to the artistic interpretation of Kristy Falcomeni the expert cake artist. You may provide me with a photograph for inspiration and duplication; however, I make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by other cake decorators. Weddings and Events

· If you choose to pick up your cake and transport it yourself, we are not liable or responsible for the cake once it has left kikibinks,llc.. Delivery Fee
· Kikibinks,llc. delivery fee is a minimum of $70. The $70 fee covers a 20 mile radius of kikibinks,llc.. Boaz, AL
All deliveries that are over 20 miles between the event and kikibinks,llc.. Are subject to additional fee. Serving sizes
· Wedding and custom cakes are designed to serve the number of people you specify. Outdoor Events:
· Any cake placed outside during an event has the possibility of melting or deforming due to the heat. We are not liable for a cake once it has been delivered or picked up.
