🤤Wow, this tasted ama-a-zing! Dubai chocolate bar in cake form, with added raspberry pie filling on top, because WHY NOT? I pan toasted the kataifi, or shredded phyllo, and mixed it with quality pistachio cream for the crunchy and creamy filling. I sandwiched that between 2 layers of dark chocolate 🍫 fudge cake, and frosted it with chocolate buttercream, then topped it with raspberry pie filling and decorated it. This is from last month when our friends visited from out of town, but I forgot to post. I wish I had leftovers in the fridge right now, nom.
