Who’s ready for our big announcement!?🥯✨
We have spilled the news to a few of you 😉
We’ve heard how much you love our house-made sourdough bagels, so we decided... why wait until lunch?
When we return from maternity leave in March, We’re officially opening a Breakfast Bagel Bar!
Since we’re already at the cafe early getting things ready, and we serve our bagels all day anyway, we’re opening our doors from 7am–10am to satisfy those morning cravings. We’re expanding everything: new flavors, gourmet toppings, and loaded bagel sandwiches!
The best part? They’re our signature long-ferment sourdough, meaning they’re gut healthy and made right here in house from scratch like everything else we offer. 💗

Tomorrow we have 55 loaf pickup orders. The radar isn’t looking great so we’re asking if you can’t make it to get your loaf(s), please let us know early. Also, the earlier the better to do your pickup! 🙏 If you live close by, we can possibly deliver it to you. Please send us a message if you’d like us to possibly deliver your bread! Our starter is ACTIVE and working overtime this week! Just… wow! We’ve hit our limit of 125 LOAVES 🍞😯 for the next 3 days. To maintain our quality, we are cutting off new orders for the remainder of the week.
Thank you to everyone who fueled this sourdough craze our last week before maternity leave. Don’t forget, we have big news to share before our return! 🙌🏼🥯

We have no pickups for tomorrow, I’ll be using tomorrow to make the dough for Wednesday.
Wednesday we have 60 ORDERS!!! Orders for Wednesday are now closed. I have availability Thursday & Friday for bread orders this week. 🍞

Some of our flavors are Traditional (plain), jalapeño cheddar, blueberry, blueberry lemon, cinnamon swirl, cinnamon apple, red pepper Parmesan, cheddar cheese, and Lemon lavender are just some options. If you have any specific flavor in mind just let me know!

Sourdough Co. Cafe will remain closed tomorrow, Monday January 26th to work on Tuesday’s dough as I was not able to get to the bakery today. Our bread takes 24 hours to make 🙌🏼😊Remember this week is BREAD ONLY. No regular cafe menu as it’s our final week prior to maternity leave. I’ll have limited extras on the shelves, but if you want to secure your loaf(s) please send us a message with your preferred pickup day and loaf flavors.
