It's been tough lately with Paktli, without getting into too many details, between co-manufacturing issues (our partner shutting down), packaging/messaging challenges that need work and re-thinking, among other things. But while we try to work through our challenges and find a way to figure out our path forward in a sustainable way, receiving unsolicited and encouraging feedback from our customers feels really good.
