June 1st is an exciting day around here for two reasons:

1. Maggie is loving today because a lot of really cool new Lego sets were released including a Lego Disney Main Street set.
2. June 1st marks the start of our June flavor of the month, Orange Creamsicle. It is definitely in the top of my favorites list.

Step into summer with our June Flavor of the Month, Orange Creamsicle. Orange creamsicles are a refreshing frozen treat. The juicy orange flavor on the outside is complemented by the creamy middle. We have turned these flavors into a delicious summer cheesecake. It starts with a graham cracker crust. The orange cheesecake is swirled with creamy vanilla to make the perfect combination. It is topped with orange whipped cream and orange zest.

We look everywhere for inspiration for our cheesecake flavors.

One of our favorite places to look for inspiration is coffee shops and the flavor combinations that they come up with for their lattes and other drinks. ☕️

This time our Lemon Heaven cheesecake gave us inspiration for a latte that I thought we would share. This may sound like a weird combo, but I promise that it is really good!

Lemon Curd Iced Latte:

2 shots espresso
1/2 tbsp lemon curd (homemade or store bought)
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Combine the above, pour over ice and your choice of milk.

Lemon Cold Foam:

2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp milk
1tsp lemon curd
1 tsp brown sugar

Mix with a frother and pour over latte.

Enjoy!

“Yer a wizard Harry.” —Rubeus Hagrid

If you are a Harry Potter fan like me, you will recognize that line from the first movie.

When we went to Harry Potter World at Universal Studios I knew that we had try the iconic Butter Beer. We were immediately hooked. The frozen kind was our favorite. It inspired us to create our popular Butter Beer cheesecake.

Whether you are a fan of Harry Potter or you just like butterscotch, this cheesecake is for you. This Harry Potter inspired cheesecake starts with a graham cracker crust. Monday was the last day for our Sycamore interns, Key Key and Martha. Thank you so much for all of your hard work. Thank you as well to their amazing job coach, Mary. We all enjoyed some cheesecakes for their last day.

The new Lemon Heaven cheesecakes has been very popular. 🍋

We had a customer pick some up yesterday. She went to the Reds game last night and took a few for her and her friend to have. Her friend said that it was the best cheesecake that she has had from us.

Just in time for Mother’s Day our May flavor of the month is Tiramisu. It has gotten rave reviews from our taste testers.

Our Tiramisu cheesecake has a crust made with crushed up lady fingers, espresso, and Kahlua. The cheesecake layer includes an espresso and Kahlua soaked ladyfinger and is filled with a creamy espresso cheesecake. It is topped with mascarpone whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder.
