AJ has the chicken case set and ready! Spatchcock chickens and plenty of boneless skinless thighs as well as anything else you might need for a delicious dinner!! 🍗
In the bakery today:
Apple pie scones- diced Granny Smith apples, sautéed with butter in a cast iron skillet and sprinkled with cinnamon, nutmeg, and a little allspice. Finished by cooking down with brown sugar and then cooled and rolled up in scone dough scented with apple pie spices 😋😋
Cherry pie scones- pitted cherries combine with orange zest, vanilla bean paste, orange juice and sugar to make a delicious pie filling. Filling is rolled up into scone dough scented with a little orange zest, cut, then brushed with heavy cream, sprinkled with turbinado sugar, and baked to perfection!
S’mores cookies- the chocolate chip cookie base gets a yummy makeover with graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows, and finished with a toasted marshmallow and Hershey bar square. A little flake salt makes every sweet treat better 👌
Lemon ricotta cake- this tender cake gets a boost from ricotta in the batter! It’s finished off with a tart sweet lemon glaze that includes cane sugar, which gets more flavorful as it sets! Selling this in slices or 6” cakes.
Sourdough sandwich loaves- a sturdy loaf with no holes, making it the perfect loaf for sandwich fillings! There’s milk and butter in the bread dough so this loaf stays really soft, and the sourdough helps it stay fresh longer.
