The Bakery Barn will be stocked Friday morning (tomorrow, 7/10) by 7 am!

We have 1 more week until Chris and I head to Alaska, then I will undergo a back surgery that requires some extensive healing. At this time, I am unsure when I will be able to bake again, but just know that I WILL be back baking as soon as I can! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

To be completely transparent, I will try to keep our Facebook active with updates while I recover. This surgery requires a fusion of 12-14 vertebra, hardware, bone transplants and 24 inch rod so it will be some time until I open again. You may see me transition to dry mixes and spices just to keep my feet in the kitchen but lifting bags of flour or sugar will be a no go for some time.

Good morning!

We are back from Bermuda and had an amazing trip!

Crest Haven Market will get an afternoon delivery today and Keeney Farms will get a delivery tomorrow.

At this time, our Bakery Barn will be CLOSED this week and next week. Mom duties call and I need to finish unpacking our family of 6 and start repacking for our trip to Alaska! We also will be CLOSED for the 4th of July. As you can tell, we are making sure to enjoy our kiddos while they are small and making the memories of a lifetime.

I want to mention, I will be having an extensive back surgery August 7th. Recovery time is anywhere between 4-6 months. Usually, I push myself back into the kitchen after 2 weeks of recovery but with 3/4 of my vertebra having to be fused along with hardware being installed, I need to put myself first this time. We will be closing the week of July 20th until I am able to open again, which I will keep our Facebook updated.

I want to sincerely thank everyone who has came out to support us, like our page or share our posts. This little business has grown into something magical because of each and every one of you. My passion of baking continues and my little GE Profile residential oven and I will continue to bring fresh small batch baked goodies to your kitchen again soon.

See you in our driveway on July 10th when I open the Barn again! 💕
