It's with a sad yet optimistic heart that we are making this announcement 📢

🪧Jaelyn's Little Baker's Loaf Lab is TEMPORARILY closing. This decision is largely based on two factors:

1. Food insecurity at this time. I don't think I need to say more.

2. Simple supply and demand. Due to IN cottage laws we can only sell local. After much thought, we have decided to shift products upon our return to something that is more "Bloomington", and something that Jaelyn has been asking to do for years!

💕 We appreciate SO MUCH all of the people who have supported us in this newest journey, and we hope you'll all be around when we come back!- Bigger and better than ever! 😋😋

Thank you to everyone who supported us during September!! She had a great month!
So far we've done: original zucchini, vegan zucchini, classic banana bread, strawberry, orange zucchini, and butterscotch 😋

We will be on a short break for our favorite season!🎃🍂👻

1. Strawberry 🍓
Yummy!! We want to tweak two things but have a few people testing it too!

2. Butterscotch 🍬
Jaelyn said "mommy I know why you love Butterscotch now" 😅😅😋 We need to tweak the texture slightly and ofc I think it needs more Butterscotch chips 😁 (they're pure, no artificial stuff here, and soooo yummy lol).
We ate the finished bread with a spoon and no regrets haha!

3. Classic Vegan🍞
*Someone* didn't listen to instructions, so *someone* messed up the batch a bit 😒. But while it was a tad too moist, the flavor was light and absolutely amazing!!

👩🏼‍🍳👨‍🍳Having fun in the kitchen! Ready to have some recipes perfected!!!!
Redoing some OGs and trying Spiced Apple or Blueberry Lemon next!!🍏🫐🍋
