For those who know what Venezuelan hallacas are, you know how delicious they are. They are similar to a Mexican tamale, but they are not a tamale, we are just giving you that as a reference because the hallaca is filled with a very particular stew that has chicken, meat and pork as well as vegetables, olives and raisins.
If you haven't tried them yet, we invite you to come to the restaurant and delight yourself with this Venezuelan Christmas dish. I must also tell you that it is a limited edition dish, so hurry up and try it.
