🥰 She thought she was simply going out for supper with her son and his family for her 80th birthday, but her daughter-in-law had secretly planned a special evening and invited her daughters and their families to help celebrate! 🎉 ❤️

🍰 Of course, there was also one very big German Chocolate Cake waiting for her. 🎂 her smile made every last bite of the cake worth it! Happy 80th birthday to my wonderful mother-in-law, Mabel. 😘

Luscious Lemon Curd has been used in hundreds of sweet treats by Confections by Karen? 💛

This video is a little throwback to one of those delicious creations that proves sometimes the simplest things are the BEST. Sweet, tart, creamy and bursting with fresh lemon flavor, my Luscious Lemon Curd sauce is good enough to eat straight from the spoon. 🥄🍋

It is perfect in cupcakes or drizzled over a pound cake, ice cream, or whatever else needed a little extra pucker and sweetness!

🐷 Throwback Thursday! 🩷

This one still makes me smile! I had the pleasure of creating this birthday cake for a local girl who absolutely loved pigs.

The entire cake was edible, including the little pig on top, which I hand-crafted from marshmallow fondant. From the colorful sprinkles to the custom topper, every detail was made with love to help make her birthday extra special. 🥰
