At Dawn's Couture Cakes nothing comes from a box, bag, tub, or any other manufactured product. I start from scratch with real butter, the best cocoa powder, and home raised eggs... I strive for beauty inside of the cake, as well as outside. Your guests will be begging for another piece. My recipes date back to my Grandmother and Great Grandmother, whom have inspired me to bake from the "ground up

". My cakes are not mass produced, which allows me to involve myself in every aspect of your cake. I hope to hear from you, and can't wait to design your cake!

It’s with a heavy heart that I share my family and I are moving back to Wisconsin. This decision comes with a mix of emotions, as I’ve been so blessed to work with such incredible customers over the years. Your support, loyalty, and trust have meant the world to me, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for each and every one of you.
This community has been more than just a place of work — it’s felt like home. The kindness, encouragement, and connections I’ve made here will always hold a special place in my heart. Leaving is going to be incredibly difficult, and I’ll truly miss the relationships I’ve built, both professionally and personally.
This move is the best decision for us, as we’ll be closer to our parents, and my husband’s job has relocated us to Wisconsin. While I’m excited for this new chapter, it’s bittersweet to say goodbye to such a supportive and wonderful community.

I will be fulfilling any remaining orders and weddings up until a certain point, ensuring that everything is taken care of before we transition.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continued faith in me and my work. I will miss you all more than words can say. You’ve made this journey unforgettable, and I will carry these memories with me always.
Wishing you all the best and hoping our paths cross again someday. 😔

Happy wedding day to the Hall's!!! They were married @ Valley View Events center Yesterday! They chose a special request: Chocolate Explosion Cake: an oreo crust with a chocolate mousse filling with homemade cheesecake chunks, heath bits, slivered almonds & oreo bits!! Cupcakes for their guests in Snickerdoodle, Banana with chocolate chips, monster cookie dough & strawberry with cream cheese and strawberry filling!
