Oof summertime and the living is hot as a baker.. and the team here keeps bringing it! 💕 l keep forgetting to take photos of our pastry - looking particularly wonderful this weekend - no easy feat in a small space with a mad big oven pumping all night long. Kudos to Johanssen Siddayao Johanssen making the viennoiserie shine ✨

Hi beautiful breadheads! We won't be at Montclair or Riverview this weekend. We're having a little break from the heat. But we will be at Downtown Jersey City Farmers Market 3-7pm.

You can also swing by the bakeshop 1pm -4pm Thursday.
We will have a limited amount of: Country loaves, Seeded Oat, Spelt Honey, Einkorn, Olive, baguette, Semolina and ciabatta.

Good to have a loaf that you can cut into days later and the flavors only get deeper…
We won’t be at the markets this weekend breadheads. The team is having a rest and avoiding the extreme heat.

(My Dad in Sydney, everyday for lunch religiously gets a bacon and egg sandwich with tomato sauce.. This is my current brekkie go to. )
