We are sad to announce that due to difficulties, technical and otherwise, we will not be at the Artisan Market tomorrow. We will still be able to make individual orders (breads, english muffins, rolls, cookies, sourdough products and perhaps a a few cakes beginning April 1. Call or message Billy at 325-642-9206 least 3 days in advance. This will again, ensure you are getting the absolute freshest breads available with the freshest ingredients!

Thank you for understanding.

On the upside my kitchen smells amazing and there are fresh English muffins everywhere!

Why Puff?

I was told by a friend that the name we chose sounded like we were in the business of making edibles.

Well HECK YEAH it's edible! What else are you gonna do with homemade bread? I knew what she meant and I expected a bit of backlash, but so be it. People always say what they will about things (or people) they do not understand. We never fit in with the norm, and that's ok. Yet here we are together 33 years later and couldn't be happier.

It's been 65 years since Leonard Lipton wrote the poem that would become a song done by Peter, Paul and Mary in the early 1960s. We have always loved music and fantasy and the folklore associated with dragons.

The poem is actually quite sad. It reminds us of days when we lived with the wildest of imaginations and how that some of the dreams and fantasies of our childhood fall by the wayside and are replaced by different things. Different hobbies. Different interests. Different friends. Different dreams.

What ever you dream is now, this very moment, cherish it and never forget why you hold it so dear. Life does tend to get in the way of our true passions at times. May we all be childlike in our endeavors and remain the wide eyed, inquisitive creatures who imagine endless possibilities and always see things through their eyes. It is when we forget the importance of our dreams that we grow up. Growing old is inevitable, but growing up is optional. ❤️

Welcome to our online showcase! Thank you for following us on this journey. We know not what the future will bring us with this endeavor, but we hope to bring you some delicious home-baked breads and pastries.

In the coming weeks, we will be posting items with estimated ordering times to ensure you get the freshest breads and home baked goods made to order. We plan to go live with our first event at the Artisan Market in Brownwood on March 23.

We will also be donating our scrumptious creations to the Blanket Volunteer Fire Department's annual fundraisers, one of which will be in April.
