When life gives you lemons, well.., not really. I bought a bag from Sam’s. 🤭🍋

You make LEMON stuff!!

Per a request, I am making lemon cream muffins for this weekend’s farmer’s market.

This muffin is not just a lemon flavored muffin. It is PUCKER UP lemon flavored!

It is lemon flavored, with lemon curd and a lemon cream cheese swirled in so it’s moist and delicious. Technically it’s my crumb cake recipe made into a muffin.

And I’m going to try a new lemon flavored bar. Not a lemon bar but a meringue type bar. Maybe more like a blondie. The consistency of the Biscoff cookie butter bar.

And as requested, I will be making the Biscoff cookie butter bars.

And as requested, the chocolate cake mini loaf.

And Of course no bakes.

Now, with all these requests… the requestors better show up!!! Someone better show up. 🤣

Pretzels are still on the menu for the week, but I probably won’t take to the market. They will be a flash sale, like “here it is…”. Then I can meet up or deliver within reasonable distance.

I’m going to try to do a batch or two of Bavarian pretzels this week because husband is craving it and wants to use his cheese dip. 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️

I usually lean towards savory when I do pretzels but is there any sweet pretzel eaters?

Cinnamon sugar?
Dip in chocolate, Nutella, caramel?
Jam, jelly?
Cream cheese/cheesecake dip?

Soooo. I heard from 3 different people today which seemed like seconds apart, but was literally minutes apart, asking for this Biscoff Cookie Butter bar.

One person asked for a lemon something that had frosting, but now I’m wondering if she meant this… I sold a lemon bar the same day. 🤔

Needless to say, I will be making this for next farmers market. However, I have been advised to bake accordingly since it is Labor Day weekend and apparently less people go to the farmers market.

I can’t speak for everyone, but Sassy Batch will be at the farmers market next Saturday.

We are at Blanchard’s farmer’s market!!!

Come out on this beautiful morning.

All my goods today will be sold to support Mady. If you can’t make it here, head over to Blanchard’s Ace Hardware.

We will be here and there until noon, unless sold out.

Mady’s family has made some delicious treats, check out the cinnamon rolls and fresh peach cobbler. Sassy Batch cookies and brownie samplers are there too. AND… My beautiful friend at Wildflour Cookies has also provided some sweets.

The bake sale will have baked goods by Mady’s family, Sassy Batch HMT LLC and Wildflour Cookies.

Mady is a Dibble (OK) HS powerlifting State Champion. Olympia is a competition by invite only.

So please stop by to support Mady and her journey to Olympia in Las Vegas.

Here’s the mini brownie sampler.

🍫Chocolate ganache with chocolate curls
🧂 Salted Caramel
🖤🤍 Cookies n Cream, scratch made cookies n cream ganache with oreo crumble
🏕️S’mores marshmallow cream, marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs and chocolate 🍫 bar.

These and all the cookies I posted yesterday and today will be at the Farmers Market and Ace Hardware tomorrow morning to raise funds to support Mady’s journey to Olympia, power lifting competition (by invite only).

Mady’s family and Wildflour Cookies is offering other sweets too at Ace Hardware. So please stop by.

All my net sales from farmers market will be donated to Mady.
