There is just me..and what seems like a bazillion boxes still waiting to be unpacked and set up in a display of some sort..it is slow going..but its going..
Today I hung up pegboard and unpacked the whole box of keyfobs ...whew.. this pegboard is completely full..but there is still another box of fobs somewhere!!!which means another piece of pegboard to put up...

I was sure hoping to make fudge this week..but the receptacle I need to plug my fudge kettle into is non existent ..Home Depot..ACE hardware both sold me the wrong receptacle..even after comparing it to the picture I showed them. I am hoping the one that is coming in Friday is the right one and that I can wire it up myself without curling my hair!!! I may just make a run to Valley Electric in Alamosa before work today and see what they have to offer...
WE NEED FUDGE!!!

Okay..I finally got brave and made my first DIRTY SODA for myself..
I love BIG RED DRINK so I picked up a large one at Loves when I got gas..No ice..Just soda..back at the shop I googled a recipe using BIG RED..(It is hard to find in the south).
Two pumps Vanilla syrup over a full glass of nugget ice...12 ounces of soda..2 Tbs.of Sweet Cream Coffee Creamer..stir well...I haven't unpacked my frother yet..so I used Extra Creamy whipped topping..sprinkled on some of the only sprinkles I have unpacked..OMG!!
This was a fantastic combination...
There are plenty more recipes I have been collecting..
Once I get my commercial kitchen up and running,you can look forward to finding your favorite DIRTY SODA DRINK.. or maybe find a brand new flavor!!

Ya'll know how i love CINNAMON ROLLS...
I have waited 10 years to come into Alamosa to have one of their cinnamon rolls!!
I finally made it..and it is every bit delicious as I remember..so I will enjoy this one for breakfast for the next 4 mornings at least. Lol
