Ashley Herrmann great idea! I roasted mine @250 until just below 130 then on the grill just long enough to sear the bacon crisp. I had to share with the girl child thou.

So proud of Ashley Herrmann and her family, even when her coworkers gave out they stayed to get all that ground meat out this weekend. (sorry I gave out y’all are awesome) I think we got out about 2500 pounds in total, but it all blurs together for me
