I had to try the birria sourdough trend 🌮🍞🔥
I was honestly a little hesitant about putting meat in bread… but this turned out SO good 😅

Stuffed with birria, cheese, cilantro, and onions. I even used the consommé in the dough 🤤

(And yes, that’s a biscuit on my hat lol)
