Meet the Yum Yum Cake — where the cozy goodness of apple pie meets the buttery, crumbly perfection of a cinnamon crumb cake. 🤤

🍎 Fresh apples baked into a soft, delicious cake
🤎 A MASSIVE cinnamon crumb topping
🍯 Caramel drizzle
❄️ A dusting of powdered sugar

Basically… apple pie and cinnamon crumb cake got together and made the most delicious baby ever. 😂❤️

Not only does Cookie Monster haul our soon to be Open foot trailer. But she wins awards and attends car shows! One thing I definitely want to focus on with the new food truck is being a vendor and having the truck in the car show. A lot of people ask me about it, and 2 car shows have got our info. So you never know where we will be!? Well of course unless you follow our page and our website. We will have our schedule posted!

We had another breakout... and this monster found the s'mores stash before we could stop it! 🔥👀

Our Chocolate Chip Monster rolled through the kitchen, stealing graham crackers, chocolate bars, and marshmallows, and somehow came out even bigger than before.

Meet the S'Mores Monster—a giant chocolate chip cookie stuffed with gooey marshmallow and milk chocolate, then topped with toasted marshmallow, chocolate, and graham cracker crumble.

We've tried to contain it, but it's on the loose and looking for its next victim...

Something crazy escaped the Gilly's Goodies kitchen... and it might just be our wildest cookie yet! 👀🍪

Half peanut butter. Half chocolate. Sewn together into one delicious monster and stuffed with a rich peanut butter and chocolate center! Then we loaded it up with Reese's chips, milk chocolate chips, and chocolate running all through every bite.

Next she will be headed to Kendall over at Patriot Trailers in North Texas to get it completely built out! Kendall and his family not only build out these trailers, but his family also runs a food trailer themselves!
