💥We can now officially break some news y'all!!💥

This is Todd and myself (Kalen) down here in Hiram, Georgia. He is the owner at Bombshell Customs, and is our graphic designer/ wrap shop for our brand and food trailer. Yesterday, we became business partners!

Gilly's Goodies Bakery and Café, WILL BE SELLING MERCHANDISE! We will have our own merch line on our website available to purchase in the coming few months. Stickers, hats, t-shirts, hoodies, and even some limited drops like custom shoes, and skateboards will be available! Not only that, but for our car/ truck enthusiasts. We got you covered! We will have the merch of Cookie Monster (my truck) WARHAMMER (Todd's custom Ram 1500) Medusa( his custom 2009 Mustang Shelby GT 500) and a few other trucks he's working on! Not only that, but any business we send him such as a tow truck company ( he wraps award winning Simi wreckers) or dealership ect.. Gilly's Goodies gets a 10% royalty for that business opportunity we bring him.

We are not building just another food truck, you aren't supporting another food truck that just sells high quality, made with love smash burgers and baked goods. Working on our menu, creating SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), Temperature log sheets, Training sign off sheets, Inventory, Food cost percentages, SOP Emergency Contact list for health department in case of food recalls or food illness. SOP for employee health reporting, SOP for vendor invoice and product logs for tracking (Batch, Lot, manufacturing numbers) Employee Handbook. As well as creating a vendor list of where to source our products from. ( Denny's 5th ave bakery for buns, White Bear Butcher. For our custom burger blend, Mi-Sant Banh Mi Co. For our Bahn Mi bread ect...) On top of finalizing our Square online ordering. On top of finalizing our contracts for other vendors I will need for when I go to Georgia this Friday!

I'm flying to Georgia to pick up our truck, the food trailer shell is done. And will be heading to Texas to finish building. Then back to Georgia to get the hand drawn graphics put on it from our graphics designer. Why go all the way back to Georgia!??? Great question, we have been able to secure a Sponsorship Deal with our graphic designer for our branding. As well as another part we are keeping under wraps till I get back with the signed contract.

Our new website is being finalized once I get the online ordering menu done. There is A LOT going on behind the scenes!! This is stuff you don't usually see from restaurants or other trucks. How much time and work truly goes into our business. We pride ourselves in bringing you the best quality food possible. We pride ourselves on bringing you not just another burger, sandwich, cookie or other baked goods.. But an Experience with every order!

Great customer review after an order of our Baby Monsters. 😊

Ordered some of these delicious peanut butter/ chocolate cookies and the plan was to share them with the family tomorrow but sadly the cookies didn’t make it home as they were so fresh and goey still like they had just got delivered straight from the oven! They were amazing and I could not recommend Gilly's Goodies enough for anyone looking for some great tasting treats!

We are finishing up our new website, and should be LIVE by the end of June!! This website will allow you to do online ordering, contact us for catering events or any parties, it will also have a "Find the Truck" feature showing where we will be once our food truck is up and running! We will be adding gift cards, member only drops, special discount codes, as well as something BIG we are working to nail down. Once we have it under contract, we will be able to let y'all know! :) We are so thankful for each and every one of y'all! Without y'all, our dreams wouldn't be coming true. Stay tuned y'all!!
