🚨🚨 EXCITING NEWS!!!🚨🚨

Gilly's Goodies has officially become Gilly's Goodies Bakery and Café LLC! We are officially accredited with the state of Minnesota and the Federal Government! We are no longer a cottage bakery, and are now a small business/ food trailer.

What this means for you and our upcoming season:
This means, we are only allowed to sell our baked goods out of our commensary kitchen in Hastings, MN. Or once we get our food trailer, pass inspection ECT... Due to us not having our food trailer built nor operating. Paying for our commissary kitchen space per month would be ill-advised at this time. So untill we start our contract in 2027 with our commissary kitchen. We will not be able to fulfill any orders moving forward. But this is just a small set back, before the BIG GRAND OPENING! 🤯🎉🎊

Minnesota food management certification ✅
Minnesota food handlers permit ✅
Registered as a small business and accredited as such with the state of MN ✅
Federally registered as a small business owner ✅
Business CPA ✅
Professional website designed, and built for food trailer efficiency as well ✅ (www.gillysgoodiesbakeryandcafe.com)
Transportation for trailer ✅
Commensary kitchen locked in under contract ✅
Legal storage for food trailer per MN code ✅
Trademark ™️ ✅
Food trailer custom built for maximum efficiency: W in process with our partners from Patriot Trailers down in Kugerville, TX!
We are also working with Tint Pros - Platinum Auto Wraps out of Spring Lake Park for our wrap on the trailer as we get started on our business.

We have been very busy the past few months getting pieces together. And let me tell y'all!! It's not easy trying to start and open a business! There have been times, we've come close to take the easy way out. Say nope, But this is our dream, our passion! God has given us these gifts, to bring smiles and happiness to people. To use our platform to help give back to our community! To help struggling families, and so our part to end hunger in our community! To help other small businesses, others dreams just like ours.

We appreciate all y'all support, this all started as a "let's do it babe, let's make Gilly's Goodies a business!" Cottage bakery back in 2023!

🍎✨ IF AN APPLE PIE AND A CINNAMON CRUMB CAKE HAD A BABY… ✨🍎

It would be THIS. 😍👇

Meet the Yum Yum Cake — where the cozy goodness of apple pie meets the buttery, crumbly perfection of a cinnamon crumb cake. 🤤

🍎 Fresh apples baked into a soft, delicious cake
🤎 A MASSIVE cinnamon crumb topping
🍯 Caramel drizzle
❄️ A dusting of powdered sugar

Basically… apple pie and cinnamon crumb cake got together and made the most delicious baby ever. 😂❤️

One bite and you’ll understand why we call it Yum Yum Cake!

Gilly’s Goodies — because sometimes dessert babies are a very good thing. 😜🍎🤎

Not only does Cookie Monster haul our soon to be Open foot trailer. But she wins awards and attends car shows! One thing I definitely want to focus on with the new food truck is being a vendor and having the truck in the car show. A lot of people ask me about it, and 2 car shows have got our info. So you never know where we will be!? Well of course unless you follow our page and our website. We will have our schedule posted!

Remember if you want any Delicious treats, make sure to visit www.gillysgoodiesbakeryandcafe.com, message us on Facebook or even give us a call (651) 424-5414! We make it easy, to get your delicious on!

🚨🍪 MONSTER ESCAPE ALERT! 🍪🚨

We had another breakout... and this monster found the s'mores stash before we could stop it! 🔥👀

Our Chocolate Chip Monster rolled through the kitchen, stealing graham crackers, chocolate bars, and marshmallows, and somehow came out even bigger than before.

Meet the S'Mores Monster—a giant chocolate chip cookie stuffed with gooey marshmallow and milk chocolate, then topped with toasted marshmallow, chocolate, and graham cracker crumble.

We've tried to contain it, but it's on the loose and looking for its next victim...

⚠️ If you spot one at Gilly's Goodies, don't run... take a bite before it disappears! 🍫🔥👹

Will be att his weekends craftfair on Saturday come get yours before there gone!!!!

🧪⚡ IT'S ALIVE... IT'S ALIVE... Meet The Frankin Cookie! ⚡🧪

Something crazy escaped the Gilly's Goodies kitchen... and it might just be our wildest cookie yet! 👀🍪

Half peanut butter. Half chocolate. Sewn together into one delicious monster and stuffed with a rich peanut butter and chocolate center! Then we loaded it up with Reese's chips, milk chocolate chips, and chocolate running all through every bite.

This isn't just a cookie... it's a delicious experiment gone wonderfully wrong! 😈

One bite and you'll see why The Frankin Cookie is bringing cookie lovers back from the dead. 💀🍫🥜

🚨🚨 MONSTER COOKIE ESCAPE ALERT! 🚨🚨

The ONKER Monster has escaped from the Gilly's Goodies kitchen... and there's no stopping him now! 👹🍪

Don't let his sweet face fool you... this beast is loaded with: 🍫 Milk Chocolate Chips 💛 Butterscotch Chips 🌈 M&M's 🥨 Pretzels 🥔 Potato Chips 🍪 Biscoff Crumble

Known offenses: 🚨 Raiding pantries. 🚨 Stealing glasses of milk. 🚨 Destroying willpower one bite at a time. 🚨 Making people say, "I'll only eat half..." (Nice try!)

If you spot The Onker Monster, don't panic...

Your only chance of survival is to eat him before he eats your snack stash! 😂

⚠️ Warning: This monster is dangerously crunchy, ridiculously loaded, and impossible to resist.

Who thinks they're brave enough to take on The Onker Monster? 👹🍪🔥
