There is a local business owner making assumptions and accusations about Diane Bakes that are simply not true. I asked a question of her business on FB concerning strawberry shortcake. I asked how they stored it to keep the whipped cream food safe. They responded, "the fridge?." I responded, "I'm asking because electrical outlets usually aren't available." That was our entire exchange. To my knowledge this is not harassment or bullying. Please continue to inform me about any other negative, defamatory comments about my closed business.

Because of health reasons I've been following a low sodium diet. So I've been doing some baking adaptions. Baking items that are lower in sodium content. Below is a low sodium Pumpernickel bread. I'm wondering how many of you would be interested in buying lower sodium baked goods. Techniquely I can't claim they are low or no sodium because that requires testing and nutritional labels but I can say that they are low sodium diet friendly. Would you be interested?
