A SCOR is limited in annual sales but unlimited in membership, thus allowing the public to be a part. The flagship project of SE, Inc. is the SOS project, Save Our Shamrock which focuses on the restoration and rebuilding of the historic Shamrock hotel located in Blackville, SC.
