Introducing our June Menu lineup 🌼
🥭Mango Sticky Rice Croissant filled with mango coulis, coconut pandan rice pudding, & topped with torched meringue, sesame and mint
🎂 Brambleberry Honeysuckle Cake (GF) are almond orange ricotta cakes layered with blueberry-blackberry jam and honeysuckle infused chantilly. Topped with pretty chamomile bud and dehydrated citrus.
🍒 Cherry Whipped Matcha Ganache Danish is baked with pastry cream and almond frangipane, washed with vanilla, filled with a cherry compote (McConnell farms 🫶🏻), topped with a matcha sifted white chocolate ganache, and garnished with cornflowers and sumac.
🐝 Appalachian Honey Toast has a croissant loaf sliced into toast pieces, brushed with honey (Forever Green Farms 🫶🏻) miso butter, and baked until brûlée textured.
🥨 Laminated Pretzel, croissant layers twisted into a knot, dipped in food lye, seasoned with flaky salt, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds, and baked until bronze.
🏕️ Campfire Cookie is a cookie butter (think cinnamon flavors like Biscoff) based dough baked until chewy. We wedge graham crackers in, drizzle with tempered chocolate, and finish with a dollop of torched meringue.
🍕 Pepperoni Hot Honey Ricotta focaccia pizza, loads of molten mozzarella for the perfect cheesy bite.
🍄🟫 Portobello Garlic White Sauce focaccia pizza, layered with thyme-rosemary bechamel sauce and fontina cheese for the white sauce pizza connoisseur.
