Pumpkin Spice Swiss Roll 🎃

Moist Pumpkin spice cake with light, fluffy cream cheese icing, dusted with powdered sugar 😋

Oh my goodness! This cake was so delicious!

I have had Swiss Rolls on my baking bucket list for several months! 📝

The process is a bit technical and challenging.

Overdone cake=cracks
Underdone cake=deflates
Overmixed=flat cake

😬😬😬

This cake gets pulled out of the oven and immediately rolled up hot to cool in the roll shape. After it cools it gets unrolled and frosted, then rolled up again to chill and get that nice cylindrical shape.

It did crack a bit when I unrolled it but I think it was a bit too thick. Using a longer pan would also give me another roll.

I was craving a pumpkin spice roll but next time I'll do a true jelly roll with a sponge cake to get that beautiful Swiss Roll.

Another attempt or two and it'll be ready to order!

What roll cake flavors would you like to see??

Caramel apple? Red velvet? Classic jelly and whipped cream? Chocolate covered? Funfetti?

Custom Hello Kitty birthday cake! "35 and Starry Eyed!"

Two Tiers of chocolate and vanilla marble cake topped with an American buttercream, white chocolate ganache hand-painted with edible gold paint, homemade marshmallows fondant (this was the first time I found fondant to be delicious), white chocolate hearts and starts, and edible gold shimmer dust!

I put many hours into this baby! This was my first time making a fondant from scratch. Oh my gosh!! it was so tasty and easy to use! sculpting fondant is definitely not one of my strongest points but I am excited for more opportunities to practice and improve! I feel like a kid playing with play doh again! I was never great at that either 😅

So grateful to my friend, who keeps sending fun cake requests my way!

Orders can be placed via DM or my Bakesy website!

Kpop Demon Hunters cake for a 6th birthday! 🎤🤩

I really had to get creative for this order! 🧠💡

It was a rush order with 2 days lead time!

Normally I ask for at least 2 weeks to order supplies, practice, inventory but my schedule was clear enough to give it my best go for my friend.📅

I let her know I wouldn't have time to order toppers or anything like that. I made toppers with a party plate, treat stick and fondant!

This was my first experience using edible glitter and it is going to be hard to go back to making glitterless cakes after this ✨️

Chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream and so much edible glitter! 🍫

Always accepting orders! (Even if they are rushed)
