Tired of the same old holiday fridge shuffle? Turn your Christmas turkey and ham into next-level, chef-worthy meals.

*Dice up meats, add vegetables, toss in some noodles & broth. Simmer till warm & tender. And you have an awesome soup!

* Add a little thickener & extra meat for something more like stew. Any can of “cream of” soup would work great here.

*Throw that turkey carcass in a pressure or slow for health bone broth.
