Honey Cakes, LLC was created when Irina, co-owner and creative director of the company, started missing the taste of traditional deserts from her home country of Ukraine. Although a lawyer by vocation, baking has always ben her hobby. Since moving to Birmingham, Alabama in 2022, Irina states, “baking truly brought the pleasure and comforts of home.”
