Sharing a few of our Easter creations:

• A semi-naked vanilla cake with a rich ganache drip, buttercream and ganache accents, topped with a Lindt bunny
• A zesty lemon curd and blueberry tart
• Hot Cross Bun–inspired scones, paired with a delicious double chocolate cake for tea

And last but not least… the “me” in Mum & Me was home from school and decorated her very first tall 8-inch cake!

This stunning creation features layers of chocolate and coconut cakes, filled with Nutella, coconut ganache, and chocolate mousse buttercream. It’s finished with chocolate buttercream, colored to match the toy dragon topper and designed to resemble scales

A chocolate cake filled with Nutella, Ferrero Rocher, rich ganache, and chocolate buttercream for the top tier, finished with an elegant wafer paper design. The bottom tier featured our signature vanilla cake, filled with French white chocolate custard and coated in a mock Swiss meringue buttercream. Created to celebrate a special friend’s 40th birthday.
