Inspired by one of Brazil's most cherished confections, this elegant white chocolate cake is filled with an intensely rich, handcrafted chocolate Brigadeiro filling and enveloped in a delicious coating of silky semi-sweet chocolate ganache. The crown of the cake is lavishly finished with chocolate sprinkles - the signature coating that traditional Brigadeiros are rolled in, bringing both luxurious texture and an authentic touch to every bite.

Finished with delicate faux florals in the birthday colors of a cherished friend - an indulgent, bespoke birthday treat!

With time not on my side, I snapped this photo while the cake was chilling in the refrigerator just before packaging and delivery. I love the colors!

Another cake that was a true chocolate lover's dream!

This special cake was created for one of my wonderful clients husband who recently celebrated his milestone 50th birthday. This chocolate cake was layered with silky chocolate custard, semi-sweet chocolate ganache, Nutella, and chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream before being covered in a luxurious dark chocolate ganache. Finished with a Nutella drip, European chocolates, mini jar of Nutella, a handmade edible golf ball and tee and a cake topper (shown separately).

A few more cakes to share!

The first cake was for my longest and most loyal client, who is always so generous in giving me complete creative freedom with both flavor and design. This patriotic beauty was created for the 4th of July, and the inside was just as festive as the outside! Two layers were red velvet, while the other two were my signature vanilla sponge, with one tinted blue for the occasion. It was filled with two layers of raspberry preserves and house buttercream, while the third featured my white chocolate custard filling. The cake was finished with house buttercream and decorated with edible chocolate stars.

The second one is an elegant cake for another loyal customer celebrating her daughter's 22nd birthday. Once again, I was entrusted with creative freedom, with the only request being my vanilla cake filled with dark chocolate custard and covered in Swiss Meringue Buttercream. I absolutely love how this one turned out.

Here's a first! Decorating a wedding cake and four dozen cupcakes in a barn at 93°F with 76% humidity. Thank goodness there was a refrigerator on site, or my buttercream would have been a glorious puddle by the end of the day!
