🍞 GUESS WHAT?! GLUTEN-FREE SOURDOUGH JUST GOT AN UPGRADE! 🍞

Again and again, we have customers asking why our gluten-free sourdough is denser than traditional sourdough. The truth is, gluten-free baking is a whole different ballgame! Without gluten, getting that beautiful rise and texture takes a little extra work and a different approach. 💚

So, we decided to try something different… AND WOW! 🤯

We’re still using our homemade brown rice gluten-free starter and the same ingredients we’ve always used, but we changed up our process, and the results speak for themselves! Look at that incredible lift! 😍🍞

✨ THE INKED LOAF IS NOW OFFERING FLAVORED GLUTEN-FREE SOURDOUGH! ✨

The loaf pictured is our Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Gluten-Free Sourdough, and just look at that gorgeous crust!
