Happy New Year! I hope 2024 is off to a great start for you and your family! After much prayer and seeking the Lord for the next steps for Sweet Sunshine Bakery, it has been made abundantly clear that it’s time for me to take the year off. The love and support of all of you over the past 9 years has been incredibly overwhelming! It has been a blessing and privilege to baking your sweet dreams come true! I hope to return to baking in the future! Until then I wish you all the best! Please keep in touch! I plan to keep this page up and hopefully send updates every now and then!

In January of 2015 Back Porch Bakery Llc began on the back porch of a house, hence the name. It has since grown and moved to an apartment where we have ample space to create and make our sweet confections. We as individuals and as a bakery want to be the salt and light (Matthew 5:13) to our community and surrounding area while providing quality sweets for any occasion. We currently operate as an online bakery working towards our goal to one day have our own store front.
