🍳🍕 BREAKFAST PIZZA — let me answer the questions before you ask them. 😉

First things first: these are made ONLY from extra pizza crusts we did not sell the night before. We are not making special breakfast pizza dough. We’re using perfectly good extra crusts and turning them into something delicious the next morning.

So…

Can you have them delivered?
Nope.

Will they be on DoorDash?
Nope.

Can you order one ahead?
Nope.

Are they gluten-free?
Nope. 😆

Will the toppings always be exactly the same?
Also nope.

They’ll depend entirely on what the chef feels like making that morning.

Today’s had sausage gravy for the base, FOUR cheeses, bacon, scrambled eggs and green onions. 🤤

Will we have them every morning?
NOPE.

These are available IF — and I mean IF — we have extra crusts from the night before AND we have time to make them.

So yes… they will be completely hit or miss.

There is really only one way to know if we have breakfast pizza:

👉 If you are standing in the bakery and you SEE breakfast pizza sitting on the shelf… we have breakfast pizza. 😁

That’s it. That’s the system.

No reservations. No secret breakfast pizza hotline. No DoorDash stalking.

Call 406-245-1357. If I don’t answer, PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE with your name and phone number and I’ll call you back to confirm your reservation.

☎️ One little phone note: If you call and it just keeps ringing, that means we’re probably already on the other line. Our answering machine doesn’t pick up while we’re on another call, so please hang up and try us again in a few minutes!

💳 Have your card ready when I call back. Your reservation is confirmed over the phone with payment.

🕔 Pickup times are between 5:00–8:00 PM tonight.

Availability is limited, so get your message in early! And remember—leaving a message does not mean you’re confirmed until I call you back and take payment.

🍎🍂 September’s Special Roll: Apple Cinnamon with Brown Butter Caramel Frosting 🍂🍎
This one is hands down my favorite roll of the season.
We start with our warm spice dough, slather it with apple butter, sprinkle chopped apples inside, roll it all up, and bake it until warm, soft and gooey.
Then comes the best part. 🤎
We make a homemade caramel glaze, brown the butter until it’s perfectly toasty and nutty, then mix it all together with our cream cheese frosting and pile it on top.
I honestly don’t eat our cinnamon rolls very often anymore — but THIS is the one I will stop and eat. Every single fall. 😂
Warm, gooey, appley, buttery, caramel-y perfection.
If fall could be a cinnamon roll, this would be it. 🍎🍁
