Chocolate Cream Pie and Pecan Pie on the cooling rack. Our desserts are scratch made using many family recipes. Grandma Ethel was notorious for writing on scraps of paper or envelopes. Sometimes it was just an ingredient list to use as a guide because she baked from the heart and she always made it look easy.
