We've gotten a lot of questions about Mama Winnie so we figured we would give her her own update. Winnie is being an amazing mother and taking such great care of her babies. Unfortunately she is heartworm positive. Once the babies are old enough to be separated from her she will begin her heartworm treatment. Once Winnie has gotten through her treatment she will be spayed so she never has to worry about having any more babies. The wonderful part of this story is that Winnie already has an amazing family waiting for her. She still has a long way to go but we are going to make sure this sweet girl has the best life! ❤️
