What started as a few overripe bananas turned into a full-blown personality.

Meet Carameline Banana Belle — a banana crumble cheesecake cake with caramel swirls and absolutely zero interest in being subtle. 👑✨

She’s sweet, a little dramatic, dressed in her crumble best, and fully convinced the dessert table revolves around her.

And before anyone asks…

YES, I am absolutely obsessed with the adorable Smokey Dough’s baking gadgets I was gifted by someone who clearly understood the assignment. 🥹💗

Because if you’re going to spend your day creating bakery magic, you might as well do it with tools that have your name on them.

Every bakery item has a story, and this one’s a little dramatic.

Carameline started as a bunch of overripe bananas sitting on the counter, minding their business. Most people would’ve made ordinary banana bread.

Carameline said, “Absolutely not.”

She demanded a cheesecake swirl.
She insisted on a caramel drizzle.
She refused to leave the kitchen without a buttery crumble crown.

Now she’s the sweet Southern wife of the dessert table—warm, comforting, a little extra, and somehow the center of attention without even trying. 💅🏼🍌🤎

Around here, we call her:

Made with homemade banana cake, rich cheesecake swirls, buttery caramel, and a golden crumble topping.

She wasn’t supposed to be a menu item…
She was supposed to be a way to use up bananas.

Now she’s out here auditioning to be Smokey Dough’s next bestseller. 😅

I blacked out and suddenly there’s mint Oreo brookies sunbathing on my deck, giant Oreo fudge cupcakes in the oven, dough bestie pies pending, cookie dough everywhere, and enough buttercream to emotionally support an entire neighborhood 💁🏼‍♀️💗

Smokey Doughs update because apparently I’m not just “making cookies” anymore 😆💗

At this point I’m running:
✨ weekly drops
✨ custom birthday boxes
✨ special requests
✨ gluten-free baking
✨ 3 jobs
✨ and approximately 14 mental breakdowns a week

So if I randomly stare into space while covered in powdered sugar and mumbling about butter temperatures… mind your business 💋

To keep me from fully descending into cookie goblin chaos:
🍋Wednesdays + Thursdays = prep days
🍋 Fridays = bake days
🍋 Saturdays = pickup days

ALSO —
if you need a custom order, giving me about a week notice helps me out SO much because sometimes y’all message me like:

Preorders are temporarily CLOSED this week because your girl has a few special requests keeping her busy 💁🏼‍♀️💗

Which also means I’ll be deep in the kitchen causing chaos and finalizing the next Smokey’s Sunshine Bash drop 😭✨

I swear every time I think I’m going to relax, I end up covered in butter, lemon zest, and emotional damage instead 😆🍋
