WE HAVE SOME NEWS TO SHARE

Dear Valued Customers, Founders and Friends,

Seven years ago, Stacy started Biscuits & Company with a dream of owning a neighborhood breakfast spot where people could gather to enjoy delicious biscuits and good company. With a great deal of help and support from so many of you, that dream became a reality and together we created a friendly little café here at the corner of Alfred and Bacon Streets. You welcomed Chef Erik when we formed our partnership in 2017 and for both of us, building Biscuits & Company and being part of this community has been such a joy. We have loved sharing mornings and dinners and classes with you and have been honored to have been a part of so many of your celebrations. We wish it could go on forever.

We’ve done our best to “pandemic pivot” in this extraordinary environment over the past eighteen months, and we’ve come this far because of your support. We've experienced the same rising costs, supply chain issues and staffing shortages that every restaurant has. Combined with some personal health challenges, it became a perfect storm for us. After much deliberation, emotion and calculation, we have finally decided the time has come to close Biscuits & Company.

We’re ripping the bandaid off and closing our doors sooner rather than later. Saturday October 16th will be our last day and we hope we might see you before then. Watch your email and our social media for updates, gift card redemption instructions and some nostalgic looks back.

Also...we’re looking for a buyer. We’ve built a great local legacy brand here and we would love to see someone carry it on in a new location, or start their own dream with our equipment and furnishings. Over the years so many of you have told us you dream of opening a similar place, or that you would love to have a Biscuits & Company in your town – so now is your moment!

We have been incredibly fortunate to be a part of the evolution of Biddeford and to know so many of the wonderful people who continue to make this a very special place. We’re excited for Biddeford’s future and we look forward to seeing you around town as the community continues to grow and evolve. Keep coming downtown. Keep shopping local. Keep eating biscuits 😊

Pop's Cure gives you biscuits & sausage gravy topped with an over- easy egg, applewood smoked bacon and local cheddar. That'll hold ya!

Open today 8am-noon or sellout. Come early for best selection.

We need to limit dozens and half-dozens of Biscuits & Cinnamon Swirls however you can come in or call to order for pickup next weekend.
