Last week, we visited Bracketts Orchards for our annual apple picking. We have switched up our usual Raspberry and Chocolate Kuchen Streusel to feature these fresh, local apples paired with warm spices. This seasonal flavor is available for a limited time only!

Hello everyone!

It looks like the weather this weekend will be bad, but we will still be open during our regular hours: Saturday and Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

We encourage you to place your order online to secure your baked goods. We have increased our online availability specifically for this weekend.

Fall is here, and we are UPDATING our hours! Starting Monday, September 14th, we will be open seven days a week.

It has been a while since we were open daily. Over the past eight months, Alex Weissenfluh was away from the bakery full-time due to personal matters, making it an extra challenging summer. We are so glad to share that he is now back full-time!

Autumn can be a challenging season for local shops, so please consider visiting all of your favorite small businesses in the coming months. Also, keep an eye out for Part Two of our newsletter, where we'll be highlighting our favorite downtown Biddeford and S**o businesses.

Thank you so much for a wonderful summer. We feel that we have grown significantly as a business during the first half of the year.

It has been a challenging year with many ups and downs, but we are very pleased with our progress. Highlights include:

  - Increasing our marketing investment
  - Partnering with Too Good To Go to offer discounted surprise boxes
  - Launching our online store
  - Adding several new wholesale accounts
  - Receiving special requests, including catering a wedding this October
