We grow our dandelions with pride and make sure they go to good use. Dandies are amazing for our health and, no, they are not weeds.
We did dandelions three ways today: tincture (ready in about six weeks), jelly (we’ll see about this one 😬), and dandelion iced tea with fresh squeezed orange and lemon juice, sweetened with maple syrup.
Dandelions are anti-inflammatory, amazing for the gut and liver, and have a plethora of other health benefits. Remember: the people who tell you to pull (and spray) them are the same people who create the chemicals (and make millions) that poison and destroy the soil.
