I absolutely love this chocolate cake I made! Filled with dark ganache and frosted with chocolate buttercream, I used ganache to create wood grain texture. The berries are real, the branches are home grown rosemary encrusted with sugar, and the pinecones are fondant and chocolate flake cereal. I used powdered sugar to create the message

I made this sheet cake a little while ago for a 10 year celebration, using the theme of the song ‘For Good’ from 💚🩷 Now I can’t remember what the flavor was, but the clock and gears were hand piped in melted chocolate and the frosting was Italian Meringue Buttercream
