Sold out of Scotcheroo and Chocolate Caramel but lots of the rest. Would love to get everything boxed this week if anyone else needs an order! Also

Remember I said I purchased a recipe??? Well you’re going to glad I did! This will be the macaron of 2026 coming out of my bakery
TIRAMISU
She is perfection.
Whipped mascarpone ganache
Espresso cookie dough
& dusted with cocoa powder.
The ganache is stable and beyond delicious so she will be just fine sleeping in the freezer for a bit. I cannot wait to get your reactions.

I’ve made Tiramisu before … but they just didn’t work well after being frozen so I purchased this recipe from one of my favorite macaron bakers I follow.
I can tell by the ingredients this girl is gonna hold up just fine…and bonus there is Espresso cookie dough tucked inside! Stay tuned

One very large batch of ❤️💙🤍 cookie dough macarons! Cookie dough (flour is heat-treated so it’s safe…like I’ve ever cared about eating raw cookie dough!) with a dab of vanilla bean buttercream just to hold her together.
