This year at the we decided to offer 8 of our most popular cookie flavors all season long instead of changing them out seasonally like we have in the past.

So far, this option has been going really well and we haven’t heard anyone ask for another flavor yet!

May was a crazy month at the thanks to all of you! 🫶

We were blown away with the amount of items sold last month, the most we’ve ever done at the market! 😱

I’ve always kept track of random data that no one probably cares about, but this seemed interesting to share! If you’re coming for one of these items, odds are you should come early before they sell out!

We’ll see you again this Saturday outside from 8am-1pm!

This is an olive oil-based bread, making it rich in flavor, that is very spongy in texture. I get questions all the time at markets and events about what to do with this bread or how to eat it, so here's my personal suggestions, plus others I've heard:

-Crack open the package and dig in
-Dip in olive oil and parmesan cheese (like at Biaggis)
-Serve alongside any pasta dish or soup
-Slice it horizontally and use it as a pizza base (add toppings and heat through)
-Slice it horizontally and use it for sliders or other sandwiches
-Let it get a little stale, cube and use in a breakfast casserole

If you have any other suggestions or ways you love to enjoy our focaccias, drop them in the comments for others to try too!
