Italian rum cake that went out this week.

Three layers of rum soaked sponge cake with vanilla and chocolate pastry creams inside. All decorated with a whipped cream frosting with almonds and cherries !

I keep telling myself I’ll make this for my birthday … this year will be the year !

Hi all ! I’m back from our beautiful camping trip and I’ll be returning all messages today after some things going on this morning. My kids start public school Monday after being a homeschool family for 5 years ! We are excited and I’m a bit nervous. I also accepted a job offer within the school, but will continue doing my baking as it’s only part time.

I share so much of our lives here and appreciate you all rallying around our family and supporting my business!

Also being the fundraising/sponsorship coordinator of our little league my kids asked me to ask my loyal fan base if anyone would like to purchase any pizzas from . Orders are due by 9/10. I will pickup pizzas 9/18 and you can pickup from my house after that!

** PRE ORDERS ARE CLOSED ! If you have messaged me and or commented already we are good ! I cannot take on more orders as I’m capped out at over 100 + dumplings and I cannot take on more just as a solo baker and do my other orders. I appreciate all the love !

For every 50 dumplings sold I will have 1 gold dumpling and if you win that you get $100 off your next custom cake order.

I have my molds and supplies coming tomorrow so I’ll be working on them this week to go out next Friday-Sunday.
