ROSE GARDEN MARKET MENU 8.1.26

Tomorrow will be your last chance to get Bub’s Bread for TWO WEEKS! Lit Coffee Roastery & Bakes and Bub’s will be closing for vacation from August 3rd until the 10th.

We’ll be baking our biggest batch of bread to date for the Rose Garden Farmers Market and bringing a nice selection of some of our favorites. Check out the menu and come early!

A huge shootout to all the farmers, millers and producers that make our little bakery so special. Their craft and dedication is a constant inspiration.

The weather is not looking so great for the Rose Garden Farmers Market tomorrow.

Here’s the deal. We’ll be at the Rose Garden from 9-11 and then we will move to Lit.

Lots of bread. Pastries. And all the Monocacy Coffee!

The bread fridge is fixed and the Rustic Italian is back! Thanks for all your patience while we dealt with rising temps (both in the fridge and outside).

The breads are looking nice 👌. Grab a loaf Lit Coffee Roastery & Bakes or pick one up at Seasons Bethlehem and Scholl Orchards today.

The cafe is closed tomorrow for the 4th but we will still be slinging bread tomorrow at the Rose Garden Farmers Market for all your holiday needs.

Hey, friends. This is a picture of Bub, the cosmic house panther that inspired this bakery. Bub hates the summer heat as much as the refridgeration does at the bakery which has been acting up with this heat wave.

Sadly, we will not have any laminated pastries at the Rose Garden tomorrow because of our refridgeration issues. No Goat Cheese Everything Croixs. No Ham and Gruyère. No Nutella Twists. I know. We’re very sorry. Please be patient with us while we navigate this heat.

But, we will have all our breads, Za’atar focaccia and a nice selection of pastries! Grab a chocolate babka or maybe a Strawberry Rhubarb Pop Tart.

We have COUNTRY at the cafe today! I decided to just bake this one kind today and, ohh boy, it came out real nice!

Inspired by the rustic loafs of France, our COUNTRY has a large portion of whole wheat in the levain, freshly milled rye flour in the dough and a dose of malted spelt.

Not white. Not whole wheat. But a nice bridge between the two. Perfect for all your bread needs.

Stop by and grab one while they’re still warm!
