We have COUNTRY at the cafe today! I decided to just bake this one kind today and, ohh boy, it came out real nice!

Inspired by the rustic loafs of France, our COUNTRY has a large portion of whole wheat in the levain, freshly milled rye flour in the dough and a dose of malted spelt.

Not white. Not whole wheat. But a nice bridge between the two. Perfect for all your bread needs.

Bub and made a BEER BREAD!

IN RUDE HEALTH Porter and freshly milled rye flour were cooked into a porridge and mixed into a dough built upon whole wheat flour.

In the style of a MICHE, this bread embodies all the reasons that I wanted to open a bakery on the Southside of Bethlehem. Stoked to be part of such a vibrant and diverse community.

Call it what you want, but for tomorrow only, and will be making donuts! Made with our sourdough culture and bolted wheat flour, you won’t want to miss this.

We’ll have four flavors:
-Grapefruit and Pink Peppercorn
-Chocolate and Coffee
-Maple and Walnut Praline
-Cinnamon Sugar

All donuts are $5 and limited to 4 per customer.

New Bread today!

Introducing TOASTED OAT…made with organic rolled oats from Small Valley Milling. First, we toast the oats and then make a porridge with them which is then folded into dough. Also has a nice portion of hard whole wheat flour.

Hearty and nutritious and full of flavor. It’s Perfect as toast on the breakfast table on these cold ass mornings.
